Role
To complete the daily processing of all Sea logistics shipments and dispatch of freight and any other related requirements. To ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Initiate and prepare the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
- Actively communicate with Focal Point in local office.
- Maintain latest working instructions.
- Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/admin
- Proficient in MS Office applications e.i MS Outlook, MS Excel
- Solid knowledge of international geography
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
