Salary: Php 90,000
Schedule: Midshift
Work Setup: Max of 1 day of WFH per week upon regularization; full onsite during 1st 6 months
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- ︎ Filipino national proficient in German Language
- ︎ Bachelor's Degree in any field
- ︎ With SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
- ︎ With Customer Service experience is a plus
- ︎ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ︎ Serves as primary contact between customers and other areas of the business
- ︎ Review and support orders to resolve delivery and billing blocks, and incomplete orders.
- ︎ Handle Credits and Return Goods Authorizations, and Debits.
- ︎ Document customer interactions by recording details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- ︎Provide excellent customer service
- ︎ Perform other tasks when needed
