QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least high school graduate or college level
- At legal age
- Previous experience in janitorial work, property management, or basic construction and handy-work is highly preferred.
- Responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building and/or other maintenance duties, such as cleaning floors and carpeting; collecting and removing waste; performing simple repairs; assisting with technical repairs; recording inventory of supplies
- Basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and safely lift heavy equipment.
- Willing to assign in Maguyam Silang Cavite
