Description - Assist customers in selecting the right electric bike according to their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain updated knowledge of electric bike models, market trends, and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and enhance store performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or automotive sector
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate customer relationships
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
