- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic marketing knowledge and skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
