Part-Time Admin Assistant WordPress and Graphic Design

Role Overview: - This part-time, remote Admin Assistant role combines general administrative support with WordPress website updates and graphic design. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, creative, and comfortable communicating with customers and team members by email and phone. Training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and document organization.
• Manage customer email intake, directing and responding to inquiries as needed.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams by email and phone.
• Update and maintain the WordPress website, including posts, pages, images, and basic plugin tasks.
• Create graphics for social media, marketing materials, email campaigns, and website banners.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other office tools for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate, organized operational records.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up with the appropriate parties.
• Assist with other administrative and creative tasks as needed.

• Hands-on WordPress experience.
• Graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• A portfolio of past work is required with your application.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and office-tool skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfort communicating with customers and suppliers by phone and email.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new processes and systems.

• Part-time, remote position.
• Work hours are 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine Time, with consistent availability required during working hours.
• Training is available for an eager candidate who wants to learn and grow with the team.
