Description - Assist in the production process by supporting machine operators and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Handle raw materials and finished products with care to maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct basic maintenance on production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor production processes and report any irregularities to supervisors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Physical strength; proficiency in safety and maintenance procedures; operational awareness; knowledge of concrete production processes
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic; attention to detail; ability to work in a team
- Working Conditions: May involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials
