Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and proper handling following FEFO policy.
- Check shelf service levels, expiration dates, and ensure correct labeling.
- Implement promotions and provide updates on product movement and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness, fixtures, and displays in the assigned area.
- Prepare reports on near-expiry items, damages/losses, and promotion execution.
