Account Officer (Sales Engineer)

Responsibilities - Account Management & Sales: Achieve sales objectives through effective account coverage, client visits, product endorsements, and customer service.
- Prospecting: Identify and develop new client accounts through referrals, cold calls, telemarketing, and lead generation.
- Proposals & Technical Coordination: Gather client requirements, prepare costings, bill of materials (BOM), and coordinate with the Design Development Team (DDT) and Planning Team for non-standard products.
- Client Negotiation & Operations: Negotiate sales terms, coordinate credit investigations with Finance, manage Sales Order Forms (SOF), and occasionally conduct site visits for ongoing projects.
- Forecasting & Market Monitoring: Prepare yearly individual sales forecasts, monitor project progress, track competitor activities, and assist in collecting overdue accounts.
