Qualifications
- Graduate or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in US Healthcare (payer, provider, BPO/CPO, or health tech).
- Experience in IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and storytelling skills.
⭐ Plus Points: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, automation, AI/ML, or change management experience.
