Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement, preferably within the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate can bridge business and technology teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas effectively to clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and define solutions.
Work with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Prepare and deliver presentations, business narratives, and project updates.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical and operational solutions.
Support process automation, data analytics, reporting, and change management initiatives.
Explore AI/ML and agentic systems for healthcare operations, where applicable.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT or Computer Science Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare, including CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.
Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences effectively.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and on shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
Familiarity with AI/ML productization and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
Experience in data analytics, reporting, process automation, and change management.
