IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology and US Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT projects, digital transformation, and business process improvement, along with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The candidate should be skilled in stakeholder management, client engagement, storytelling, and presentation, with the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, clients, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.

• Support IT and business transformation projects within the US Healthcare domain.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to define business needs and project objectives.

• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and project updates to clients, executives, and technical audiences.

• Identify opportunities for process automation, operational efficiency, and technology-driven improvements.

• Support data analytics, reporting, and change management initiatives.

• Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology or a related technical field.

• At least 2 years of experience in US Healthcare, including CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.

• Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.

• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.

• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business insights.

• Exposure to change management initiatives.

• Experience in process automation and operational improvement projects.

Work Requirements

• Must be amenable to a hybrid work arrangement in Taguig, Cebu, or Davao.

• Must be flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays, as required by the business.

• Must be available to start as soon as possible.
