We are looking for a HR Business Partnership Lead ( Branch Banking Sector)
Location: Makati
Job Summary:
Acts as a strategic partner to Business Unit Heads in driving people and organizational initiatives aligned with the Bank’s HR strategy. Oversees key HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee engagement to support business goals and strengthen corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on HR strategies and workforce planning
- Lead employee relations, engagement, and performance management initiatives
- Support organizational design, succession planning, and talent development
- Ensure implementation of HR programs, policies, and corporate discipline
- Manage manpower planning and talent acquisition requirements
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in HR Business Partnership
- Exposure to Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent
- Management, and Employee Engagement
- Preferably with banking or large corporate organization experience
- With people management experience
Other Details:
Work Setup: Onsite, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
