Description - Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure optimal efficiency.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store objectives.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising of products.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and sales management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team performance.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
