REQUIREMENTS :
* BACHELORS DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL ENGINEERING, INTERIOR DESIGN OR RELATED* EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE ANG ENGINEERING SOFTWARE LIKE AUTOCAD, REVIT AND SKETCHUP* GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
DUTIES:
- PREPARE, SCHEDULE COORDINATE AND MONITOR ASSIGNED PROJECTS
- INTERACT DAILY WITH CLIENTS TO INTERPRET THEIR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS AND REPRESENT THEM IN THE FIELD
- PERFORM OVERALL QUALITY CONTROL OF THE WORK (BUDGET, SCHEDULE, PLANS, PERSONNEL'S PERFORMANCE) AND REPORT REGULARY ON PROJECT STATUS.
