Job Requirements
- College graduate of any course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with the appropriate motorcycle restriction.
- Honest, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic collection procedures and recordkeeping is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and be assigned to any branch.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Collects effectively and expeditiously.
- Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection effort.
- Adopts step by step process for collection and recovery.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Strategizes and customizes collection program for current, pass due and overdue accounts.
- Locates and notifies members/ borrowers with past due and overdue accounts.
- Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed settlement payments.
- Handle questions or complaints Endorse accounts for litigation Negotiates reasonable payment options.
- Alert superiors of member/borrower unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
- Create trust relationships with member/borrower when possible to avoid future issues
- Maintain established objectives for delinquency, repossession and net losses.
- Document account information and payment arrangements in the system.
- Assist in the promotion of membership recruitment.
