Position: Procurement Specialists

Salary: Php18,000-Php25,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree
With 1-3 years of experience in trading company
With 1-3 years of experience in procurement
Amenable to attend one day face to face interview in Makati.
Can work in Contractual Based (12 months)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and supplier coordination (local and international), ensuring smooth communication and transaction flow
- Manage procurement and sales processes, including sourcing, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment
- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery arrangements
- Coordinate and monitor local and overseas shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Support procurement activities, including supplier accreditation, price negotiation, and cost comparison
