We're looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
Unlike a traditional SDR role, you'll own the entire sales cycle. From prospecting and booking meetings to running discovery, negotiating, and closing new business, you'll have full ownership of your pipeline and success. If you're highly driven, love hunting for new opportunities, and enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you.
You'll join a high-performance sales team supporting Australian businesses while working in a fast-growing outsourcing company with uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
Prospect & Generate Pipeline
- Identify and prospect new companies through outbound outreach
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Consistently generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
Run the Full Sales Cycle
- Book and conduct discovery meetings with business decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and business needs
- Present Staff Domain's offshoring solutions and guide prospects through the buying process
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close new business opportunities
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity stages
- Forecast sales activities and manage your pipeline effectively
- Ensure clean documentation for successful client handover
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Recruitment and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth transition after client onboarding
- Set accurate expectations throughout the sales process to deliver a seamless client experience
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Meet and exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets
- Continuously improve your sales approach through coaching, feedback, and ongoing learning
- Stay informed about market trends and outsourcing solutions
Requirements
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, recruitment, or a customer-facing sales role
- Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly preferred
- B2B sales experience is an advantage
- Experience selling services, staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, or technology solutions is a plus
