Design and Estimate Head Mechanic

The Design and Estimate Head – Mechanical is responsible for leading the design, planning, and cost estimation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. This role ensures that all designs are accurate, compliant with standards, and aligned with project requirements, while delivering competitive and cost-effective estimates. The position also oversees a team of engineers and estimators, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and estimation for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Prepare and review project estimates, drawings, and documents.
- Supervise team and ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders.
- Optimize costs through value engineering and budget control.
- Provide technical support and mentor team members.
Job Requirements
License Mechanical Engineer
Computer Literate and good Communication Skills
Knowledge in using Planswift and Autocad
Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Design and Estimating of Mechanical System, Plumbing and , and Fire Protection System.
