Chevron operates through two subsidiaries in the Philippines. Our Downstream company is Chevron Philippines Inc. We also operate a business processes support organization through Chevron Holdings Inc.

There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).

CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

Global Service Center Overview:

The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.

Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. We provide support to different regions where Chevron has a presence. Established in 2006 we pride ourselves in promoting the Chevron values of integrity, trust, diversity and inclusion, safety.

About the Role

Mission

• Serve as a help desk for station managers by supporting inquiries related to operational procedures and required paperwork, with responsibilities transitioning to the Manila team.
• Provide proactive data quality oversight and rapid resolution of exceptions affecting retail financial, transactional, and item data.
• Responsible for supporting site paperwork, receiving and invoices, inventory management, audits, account and item reconciliations, station operations, cash management, cash services coordination with Brink's and Bank of America, fuel management, audit support (third-party and store counts and variances), new and closed store processes, and smartphone orders.
• Manages daily operations involving critical data sources and procedures, including Quantum, Brink's, and Bank of America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles front-end and back-end operational needs and resolves issues encountered by stations in their day-to-day operations.
• Assists station personnel with paperwork, inventory counts, invoices, and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and reliable retail data across COCO stations to protect financial integrity, enable confident decision-making, and support operational stability.
• Ensures timely resolution of site-reported issues and escalates concerns when necessary.
• Initiates service dispatches by coordinating with vendors supporting back-office systems and POS terminals.
• Monitors issues, documents problems and solutions, and records all activities and communications accurately in the team's case management system.
• Guides store personnel and technicians through troubleshooting steps efficiently to minimize sales disruption and maintain optimal station operations.
• Provides training and support for procedural issues related to terminal and dispenser functionalities.
• Resolves the majority of incoming issues through clear and effective verbal guidance on corrective actions.
• Analyzes issues, sets priorities, anticipates potential impacts, and takes appropriate action with strong attention to detail.
• Supports business initiatives and programs, including grocery rewards and loyalty programs.
• Collaborates with North America Retail Systems Support (NA-RSS), Retail Marketing (RMC), Retail Systems, Retail Technology Support (RTSC), and other Chevron groups.
• Demonstrates adaptability in communicating effectively with callers of varying personalities and communication styles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to deliver effective presentations to a multicultural customer base.

• Willingness to work night shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays in support of a 24x7 team operation.

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

• Call center experience is an advantage.

Relocation Options:

• Relocation is not available for this position under Chevron guidelines.

International Considerations:

• The selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll and benefits structure.
