Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: at least 1 year of CCE experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, technical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage inquiries through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
