The primary role of the Paralegal is to support the Corporate Legal Team and Corporate Lawyer in their day to day tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Management and administration of the LRS (Legal Request System), SAP and development of enhancements, and Sharepoint
- Document management for the Legal Compliance and External Affairs Team
- Assisting the lawyers, paralegals, and the other members of the Team
- Contracts Review and Management, Corporate Housekeeping, and preparation and filing of regulatory reports and requirements.
- Attending to queries/requests from various business units of the Company.
- Assist in the filing and handling of Litigation cases
What You Need To Have:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in contracts management or other relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work onsite daily in BGC, Taguig.
