Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Business Solutions, or similar role
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance Agency is required
- Experience handling HMO, healthcare, or medical-related accounts is an advantage
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and client management skills
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
- Identify business gaps and develop strategic solutions to improve HMO and healthcare service offerings
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands
- Develop and implement growth strategies for healthcare and insurance products
- Create and enhance innovative service packages tailored to corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and corporate accounts
- Ensure proper alignment and execution of approved strategies across departments
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to achieve revenue targets
