Company Nurse

- Provide medical care and support to employees within the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and employee health reports.
- Administer first-aid and emergency care when necessary.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (With Professional License)
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong medical knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in EMR systems, and solid report writing skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to prioritize tasks, maintain focus during emergencies, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Qualities and Traits: Must exhibit empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting health and safety in the workplace.
