Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Pasig. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. The Specialist will also focus on training and supporting teams to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Collaboration with other departments to achieve company objectives and provide customer-centric solutions is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong skills in negotiation, client management, proposal preparation, and digital marketing
- Knowledge in branding, market research, and end-to-end sales cycle
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
