Medical Doctor – Active PRC License + Diplomate (Internal Medicine) Location: Makati | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) Shift: Night Shift | US Holidays | Weekends Off Note: This role is under the Healthcare BPO industry.

Role:- Lead and manage Medical & Clinical Operations
- Provide clinical guidance and oversee care coordination
- Review cases and support medical decision-making
- Develop policies and ensure compliance
- Active PRC Physician License
- Board Certified (Diplomate) – Internal Medicine
- Completed Residency Training
- Willing to work Night Shift
- Must be within 50 KM of Makati
- Stable internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
