QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree/coursework is a plus.
Experience: Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math capabilities for handling money and transactions.
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-centric.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
WORK SCHEDULE
Must be willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
