Retail Sales Associate

- Able to achieve monthly sales quota
- Perform live selling to shopping platforms
- Ensure quality on providing customer service and conflict resolution
- Provide timely responses to all inquiries sent to all platforms of the company
- Provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails
- Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts
- Contact and negotiate with clients to address inquiries and store improvement
- Fulfill all orders garnered from all E-Commerce platforms
- Help provide sales report for all platforms
- Assist with the Inventory Management of the stocks allocated for E-Commerce Department
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
- Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
- Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee plus other online selling platforms)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Marketing mind and good in creating selling strategies.
- Able to handle customers well.
- Mon to Saturday schedule but should be willing to work on Sundays and Holidays if needed
- Willing to work in Malate, Manila
