Retail Sales Associate

- Consistently achieves or exceeds sales
- Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with service standards.
- Analyze customer profiles, identify buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business
- Prepare and participate in Store Physical Inventory counts as directed by Store Manager/Immediate Superior
- Monitor the products/items validity
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to Immediate Superior
- Participate in all Marketing opportunities and events as required by Management
- Responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Accountable for ensuring execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store
- Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to Store Manager in a timely manner
- Required to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities
- Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, and holidays
- At least College Level
- Good communication (English & Tagalog) and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
- Honest, hardworking and a good team player.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Good stress tolerance.
- Fast learning ability.
- Willing to develop in this industry, have long term plan on Sales.
- Willing to be assigned in SM Grand Central/SM San Lazaro
- Readily available requirements.
