Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
- Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive store sales by implementing promotional strategies and optimizing product placement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling best practices and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Operations:
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee store merchandising to maintain a visually appealing environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging communication and teamwork.
- Resolve conflicts and address performance issues promptly and effectively.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding sales, inventory, and staffing.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; College Level are welcome to apply
- Previous retail management experience, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
