- Assist customers with selecting laundry services and products
- Operate laundry equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Process transactions and handle cash or card payments
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when needed
- Ensure laundry items are handled with care and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or laundry services preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry laundry items
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of laundry detergents and fabric care preferred
