They are responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and ensuring that pastries and other products are properly displayed, handled, and sold. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and passionate about providing a delightful experience for every customer.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food service is a plus.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, or shifts as required.
