Position: Brand Marketing Head
Company Industry: Digital Entertainment/Online Gaming Company
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary Offer: Php100,000-Php150,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Work Set Up: Work onsite
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- With at least 6-8 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
- With experience in leading or managing brand department is a plus
- With experience working in fintech, sports betting, gaming or digital platform industries is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visuals across all platforms (online and offline)
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Support the Head of Brand in managing daily operations of the marketing and brand team
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance support to team members
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams for a unified brand direction
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth and positioning opportunities
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
