Position: Sales Manager (Health, Beauty, & Personal Care) Work Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Start Date: ASAP / Immediate HiringJOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit company revenue targets for our health, beauty, and personal care brands. Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers nationwide. Lead the Sales Team: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales force to optimize performance and achieve distribution targets. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to keep our products ahead. Inventory & Budgeting: Oversee sales budgets, product distribution forecasts, and coordinate with logistics to ensure optimal stock availability.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Gender: Female. Experience: Proven, successful sales management experience, preferably in the health, beauty, FMCG, or personal care industries (REQUIRED). Skills: Exceptional leadership, sharp negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
