Description
Start your HR career with a stable manufacturing company and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and leave requests.
- Provide support in payroll inputs, benefits administration, and government contributions.
- Help organize employee engagement programs and company events.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
