Description - Prepare and cut various types of meat according to customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met while handling meat products.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information on cooking methods.
- Manage inventory of meat products and report any shortages.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a butcher shop or similar setting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in various butchering techniques and knife skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to operate meat slicing and processing equipment safely
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a cold and fast-paced environment
