Utility Personnel

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace including the meeting rooms, hallways, restrooms, pantry areas, and other work spaces.
- Can ensure a clean and presentable working environment through the use of broom, mop, and vacuum.
- Knowledgeable with the use of cleaning equipment and janitorial tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Clean furniture and fixtures, windows, and office equipment on a daily basis.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Refill cleaning materials and other restroom supplies, including soap, tissue, and paper towels, as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of office facilities and immediately report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns.
- Support the setup and cleanup of meeting rooms and designated areas during the company events and activities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards always.
- Secure all the cleaning equipment and supplies to be properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after its usage.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate.
- With a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or general cleaning services.
- Knowledgeable in the proper use and operation of cleaning equipment and janitorial tools, including vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
- Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning tasks, handling cleaning materials and supplies.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (day, mid, or night shift).
