Regional Collection Team Leader – Motorcycle Loans

A Regional Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing collections operations across an assigned region to ensure timely recovery of motorcycle loan payments, reduce delinquency rates, and achieve collection targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate regional collections personnel to achieve collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor delinquent motorcycle loan accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
• Ensure timely resolution of past-due accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Analyze collection performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.
• Conduct field visits, account reviews, and borrower engagements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and collection procedures.
• Handle escalated or high-risk collection cases and recommend appropriate recovery actions.
• Coordinate with branch operations, credit, legal, and risk management teams.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and portfolio quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in field collections; leadership or senior collector experience is an advantage.
• Experience in motorcycle financing, consumer lending, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of collection practices and delinquency management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must know how to drive and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
