You are the lead storyteller for a company building the future. As a Senior Visibility Engineer, you don't follow trends; you set them. Responsibilities
- Architect the Narrative: Own the end-to-end content strategy across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
- Direct the Vibe: Lead the production of high-fidelity, editorial-style digital assets that mirror the prestige of Pernicus.
- Engineered Growth: Use data to optimize reach and engagement metrics.
- Mentor the Unit: Guide the Junior Visibility Engineers to ensure brand cohesion and relentless quality.
Requirements
- A portfolio that proves you can turn complex business ideas into magnetic content.
- Mastery of the founder-led brand style.
- Deep understanding of algorithm mechanics and audience psychology.
