WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT PLANNER (Renewable Energy / Grid Interconnection)
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to lead scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for high-voltage (69kV and 138kV) substation and transmission line projects. Help us build the future of green energy and ensure a seamless connection to the grid!
Location: Luca, Ajuy, Iloilo / On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₱20,000- ₱30,000/ month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule Development: Build master project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) covering engineering, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, and construction.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor site progress against baselines, generating key performance metrics and S-curves.
- Optimization: Forecast manpower, materials, and equipment needs while tracking cash flow and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Risk Management: Identify potential critical-path delays (e.g., long-lead transformer procurement), develop recovery schedules, and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Align developers, engineering teams, contractors, and system operators/utilities (e.g., NGCP, Meralco).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years specializing in planning and scheduling for 69kV/138kV substation and transmission line projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project; deep understanding of renewable energy construction sequencing and local grid standards.
- Licensure & Certifications: Registered REE or CE (PRC Board) preferred. PMP, CAPM, or PSP certifications are a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional critical path analysis, clear stakeholder communication, and contractor claim management.
