- The helper is responsible for assisting various departments, teams, or individuals with tasks and projects. Their primary role is to provide support, maintain workspaces, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The helper will be expected to perform manual labor, assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment, and handle materials as directed by supervisors or lead workers.

- General Assistance:
- Assist with day-to-day operations by supporting team members in various tasks.
- Help load and unload materials, supplies, or equipment.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe.
- Provide physical support during setup, construction, or maintenance activities.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Team Support:
- Aid in fulfilling team objectives by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors or other team members.
- Inventory Management:
- Help track materials, supplies, and tools needed for work.
- Report shortages and assist in restocking items.
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a helper or labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.

- Strong communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
