- A Helper provides assistance in a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in different work environments. The role can vary depending on the industry but typically involves supporting a team by performing physical labor, handling materials, assisting with general maintenance, and helping with specific tasks as required. The Helper is expected to work under the supervision of more senior team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials or equipment.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Transport materials, tools, or equipment between work locations.
- Help with setting up equipment or supplies for ongoing tasks or projects.
- Provide support to team members by performing basic manual tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Report any issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Perform basic maintenance or repairs as needed under supervision.
- Support any other tasks as requested by supervisors or team leads.

- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a helper or labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.
- Good communication skills for following instructions and working with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate machinery safely.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs or as required by the job).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions depending on the environment.
