IQVIA seeks a Project Support Manager to oversee multiple client programs within the Opus Health division. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring program performance, and ensuring client satisfaction from implementation through project closure.
Responsibilities
- Define service delivery expectations for Opus Health programs and ensure client needs are satisfied
- Create and manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk analyses aligned with contracts and requirements
- Conduct client training on web-based tools and coordinate regular status meetings with stakeholders
- Monitor program performance through reporting tools and communicate trends and escalation issues
- Manage billing forecasts and coordinate deliverables across internal, external, and technology partner teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 3–5 years of project management or related experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management; broad knowledge of related areas
- Ability to multitask across multiple client assignments in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external teams
- Capability to maintain detailed, organized documentation
- Pharmaceutical landscape or patient assistance program knowledge preferred
