Description - Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and budget requirements.
- Monitor project progress and manage contracts to ensure adherence to specifications and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify project details and specifications.
- Produce progress reports and cost tracking documentation for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience Level: 1 year experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost management software
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
