Description - Supervise and coordinate the purchasing department activities to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock levels for operational efficiency.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in purchasing practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs and budget accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
