Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications Account in Cagayan de Oro.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, plans, and services.
- Assist customers with service requests and account-related concerns.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for telecommunications services.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service.
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- No BPO experience required
- Customer Contact Experience (CCE) is an advantage
- B2 English communication proficiency
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
- Applicants from outside CDO may be eligible for relocation assistance
