Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to existing and potential customers. The role involves visiting assigned areas, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, collecting orders, monitoring market activities, and ensuring timely delivery coordination to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned customers and outlets to promote and sell the company's products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Collect customer orders and ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics Team to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts when necessary.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required documents.
• Address customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least College Level.
• With experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Must have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be familiar with the assigned area and nearby locations.
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, trustworthy, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Can start ASAP.
