Description - Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and document defects in a timely manner and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on quality and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance best practices in the BPO sector.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in quality assurance or software testing
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in test automation tools and techniques
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
