Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Working Conditions: Flexible work hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
