- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information and resolve issues effectively.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Bilingual in Spanish and English, excellent communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
